William Scott Duggins

Mr. Duggins earned his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Tulane Law School and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar & began working in a private practice the same year. Scott has twenty years of experience in civil litigation, commercial and retail collections, contract disputes, creditor’s rights, alternative dispute resolution, credit and lease agreements, landlord tenant law, business contracts, FDCPA compliance, as well as representation of condominium/homeowners associations. Scott also serves the community through many non-profit organizations such as the Allstate Sugar Bowl, St. Martin’s Episcopal Church Vestry, Hogs for the Cause & the Metairie Park Country Day School Alumni Board.
