Prior to practicing law, Mr. Guidry worked in the marine transportation and construction industries for 10 years. Mr. Guidry led a mergers and acquisition team that invested heavily into several industries, including offshore wind, dredging, subsea rock installation, project cargo, environmental waste, marine transportation, ship repair, and commercial real estate. Mr. Guidry has experience doing business in Mexico and Latin America.
