Middleberg Riddle & Gianna is a partnership organized for the general practice of law. The partnership was founded in 1980, and the firm has been in continuous operation since that time. Our business purpose and goal is to provide exemplary legal services to our clients in accord with the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

In Dallas, our practice is concentrated in the areas of mortgage banking, litigation involving real estate, and larger commercial litigation cases. In New Orleans and Baton Rouge, we focus our practice in two areas: business law and litigation. Our attorneys have exceptional expertise and long-term experience in their specific practice area. We are large enough to have the in house proficiency needed by clients, but are small enough to appreciate each of our clients and respond to their immediate needs.
