Michael Riddle, managing partner of Middleberg Riddle & Gianna, led the National Mortgage Compliance services group into the computer age, overseeing development of computer systems that efficiently provide “state of the art” disclosure and documentation services to large scale national mortgage lenders via the internet. Under his guidance, the firm’s mortgage services set the national standard for quality and compliance in the mortgage banking industry. In addition, he has been a staunch supporter of various community arts groups.

BACKGROUND:

Following ten years as a litigation, banking and real estate partner with two large Dallas law firms, Mr. Riddle formed Middleberg Riddle & Gianna and has been managing partner since. His practice is centered in commercial and mortgage banking. Mr. Riddle is active in numerous business, civic, and charitable pursuits, and he serves on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Public Broadcasting Corp. and the Dallas Opera. He is a Past President of the USA Film Festival, Inc. and, for a number of years, was the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Provident Bankcorp of Texas.
