Ms. Allen-Hart graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992.  She received her juris doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, Florida in 1997.  She graduated cum laude, in the top 5% of her class, and was a member of the St. Thomas Law Review.  Ms. Allen-Hart is a native of Miami, Florida, but now resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
