Mr. Buckley currently holds an of counsel status with Middleberg Riddle & Gianna and is working with our Banking and Real Estate group.  He has an extensive litigation background with substantial trial experience relating to insurance and casualty defense, insurance coverage, premises liability, and first-party extra-contractual defense.  He has served as lead counsel on numerous high profile, media sensitive trials.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Buckley is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.  He completed his Bachelor's Degree at Princeton University and returned to New Orleans in order to obtain his law degree from Tulane University.  Mr Buckley still resides in New Orleans where he has continued to play an active role in the legal community.  He has 30+ years of experience representing large corporate insurance companies on a state and national level both as outside counsel and as in-house counsel.
