Elham Rabbani is a native Californian who graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Rabbani received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School where he served as a Member of the Sports Law Journal after transferring from Loyola University College of Law where he graded on to the Law Review. During Law School Mr. Rabbani Externed for the Honorable Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
