Mr. Waguespack has provided environmental, regulatory and litigation services to industrial and commercial clients in the Gulf Coast region for more than 25 years. He has represented such clients in litigation involving environmental, toxic tort and products liability issues. He has also provided numerous environmental regulatory and transactional services including preparation of environmental permit applications, regulatory compliance advice, representation of potentially responsible parties at contaminated sites, environmental investigations of industrial and commercial properties, and defending clients in enforcement actions. Mr. Waguespack was born in Lafayette, Louisiana. He has taught Environmental Studies at Louisiana State University, worked as an engineer in Exxon’s exploration and production department, and served as a project manager for Walk Haydel on engineering design, construction management, and environmental consulting projects. He served for many years as a member of several subcommittees of the Offshore Operators Committee and the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association. He is currently active as a chairperson for the Louisiana Section of the Air & Waste Management Association and is a chairperson for the New Orleans Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Mr. Waguespack was also a member of the Civil Engineering Flight of the Louisiana Air National Guard from 1972 to 1978. He is a professional engineer in Louisiana in both Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
