Mr. Person is a senior member of our Litigation Section, applying years of experience in representing clients in a variety of problem areas, from industrial accidents and environmental and toxic tort litigation, to complex construction claim disputes, employment litigation, and insurance coverage, property and casualty defense matters, in order to assist clients in finding creative and cost-saving solutions to their litigation problems. "We strive to make aggressive representation, tempered by professionalism, creativity, and responsiveness to client needs our trademark in every case." Mr. Person regularly helps train other lawyers in trial techniques and advocacy skills through programs sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Person regularly teaches advocacy and deposition skills to other attorneys at programs sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He also serves on the Louisiana State University Law Center Trial Academy faculty.
Mr. Person is a past President of the University of New Orleans National Alumni Association (1990-1991). He served as President of the Lake Vista of Jefferson Civic Association (1986-1988), and has served as President of the Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association of New Orleans (1981-1982). Mr. Person currently serves as a member of the Jefferson Parish Fire Civil Service Board (since 1989).
