Mr. Mirabile represents business and government entities in litigation concerning contracts, land use, lending, construction, and governmental relations. In 1980 he graduated from Tulane Law School, where he was a member of the law review and the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Louisiana, Texas and the District of Columbia.
